Terms of Use for Creatist

By accessing or using Creatist, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or purchase our products. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Creatist is a digital product studio that creates and sells premium digital assets including website templates, photos, videos, audio files, plugins, and 3D files.We are the sole creator and seller of all products in our catalog. Creatist is not a marketplace and does not host third-party sellers. All products are created, tested, and supported by our in-house team.

You may be required to create an account to purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All products are sold as one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees unless explicitly stated. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.Payment must be received in full before access to digital products is granted.All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds except as required by law or in cases of defective products that cannot be resolved through support.

Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the product according to the license type selected (e.g., Personal, Commercial, Extended).You may not resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others. Each license is granted to a single user or entity. Lifetime access means you can download and use the product indefinitely based on the terms of your license. It does not guarantee future updates or support. Specific usage rights, restrictions, and permitted use cases are defined in the individual product license agreement provided with each purchase.

All products, content, trademarks, and materials on Creatist are owned by Creatist or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the products.

Due to the instant delivery and nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or if technical issues prevent proper use and cannot be resolved through support. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and include a detailed explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria or show evidence of misuse.

Your use of Creatist is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers. We do not store complete credit card information.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Creatist operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Creatist shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
